This is a guided journey into your energy system — where we awaken and feel into each of your 7 chakras, one by one.
Together, we’ll move through the Root (safety), Sacral (joy), Solar Plexus (power), Heart (love), Throat (success), Third Eye (intuition) and Crown (oneness) — activating the emotional qualities of each center so you can reconnect with the full YOU.
