Join us for a deeply restorative 90-minute healing journey, that combines the profound meditative practice of Yoga Nidra with the immersive experience of sound bathing.
If you have not experieneced Yoga Nidra before, it is also known as “yogic sleep,” a guided meditation that brings you into the Theta state, inviting you to access the deep consciousness between waking and sleeping. This practice calms the nervous system, reduces anxiety, and helps release emotional and physical tension from the body. Further deepening your relaxation, you will be gently immersed in the healing vibrations of quartz crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments designed to rebalance your energy and promote deep relaxation.
