About the event

Yoga & Sound Bath - Beachside

Join Erin and I each Wednesday night for some you time!

Yin/Hatha Yoga starts at 6pm, guided by Erin @yogawitherinb.

Sound Bath and Guided meditation will begin at 7, where you will have space held to relax into your breath, your body and calmer state of being.

Exchange is $20 for both, however if you
prefer one only, $10.

Please Dm to reserve space, as we prefer to keep the group comfortable in size.
