Beginners Sourdough Class

Learn basic sourdough bread making skills in this workshop lead by Giov and Joanna. This class will cover how to feed and care for your sourdough starter, see all the steps of sourdough bread making, and learn other ways to use your sourdough starter. During class sample sourdough bread, scones, bagels and focaccia. Leave with a starter, informational packet, recipe cards and the confidence to make your own sourdough goods!
