Summer Solstice Rebirthing Workshop

Rebirthing is a transformative and healing journey using breathwork, movement, and meditative techniques to access the subconscious mind where old memories and patterns are stored. The process allows you to rewire your muscle memory and brain so that your life perspective shifts out of victimhood and into empowerment.

This workshop will use kundalini yoga kriya, meditation, and breathwork to guide you deep into your body where deep healing occurs.

You will be held in a safe space by Dr. Julie. Space is limited to ensure guidance and attention for all attendees.

No experience with Kundalini Yoga is required, however, an open mind and open heart is required :-).

Bring a journal, a pen, water, and wear comfortable clothing.
