Welcome to the Stress Management Workshop for Chinese Americans!

Join us for an informative workshop where we’ll explore unique ways to ease stress and bring more peace into your life. In a friendly and supportive environment, we’ll share gentle techniques to help you feel more relaxed and in control.

THIS WORKSHOP WILL BE PRESENTED IN MANDARIN.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This workshop is open to Mandarin-speaking Chinese Angelenos who want to feel more peaceful and better manage stress.
