Restore Your Balance with Sound Bath, Chakra Balancing & Reiki
In this healing sound bath, you will be guided to release things that no longer serve you on a physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and/or spiritual level, honoring the full moon in the sign of Capricorn. Singing bowls for each chakra, gongs, and bells from Nepal have high vibrational frequencies that release stress and balance and calm the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki energy will also be received throughout the session.
Full moons are always a time of culmination and release. With Capricorn’s practical and disciplined energy, you may feel called to release outdated patterns of control, fear, or self-doubt that block your highest potential. It’s a powerful time for clearing limiting beliefs around success, worthiness, and authority.
Open up to the 7 colors of your chakras in a guided healing meditation and breathwork session, accompanied by a sound healing journey. The Capricorn full moon carries strong Divine Masculine energy — about structure, protection, and provision. The Buck Moon helps us heal and balance our inner masculine: learning to lead with integrity, to set boundaries, and to create stability without rigidity. We will be focusing on letting go through each of the chakras. After the sound bath, there will be an opportunity to share your experiences.
