Art and Chakra Balancing with Jenn

Dive deep into the chakras, focusing on what it represents, how it might become blocked, and simple, effective ways to bring it back into balance.

This workshop includes a guided meditation and sound bath to help you connect with that chakra’s energy, along with a stone you’ll receive to use during class and take home for continued support. We’ll explore how that energy shows up in your life, and practice ways to clear and harmonize it in real time.

To close each class, you’ll apply color therapy by intuitively coloring in a pre-designed mandala page aligned with that chakra. This final creative act helps you integrate what you’ve experienced and deepen your energetic connection.

No art experience needed—just bring your open mind, your creative spirit, and a willingness to explore your inner world through sound, color, and meditation.

About Jenn
Jenn is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher with a Master’s in Art Education, a background in esthetics, and experience as a professional makeup artist. Rooted in radiance, Jenn combines her passions for energy healing, sound healing, creative expression, and holistic beauty to guide individuals on their personal healing journeys.

Through Reiki, sound healing, intuitive art, and The Emotion Code, Jenn works with clients and leads group workshops to help people reconnect with their inner light, restore balance, and achieve harmony in mind, body, and spirit. Her approach is grounded in helping clients integrate energy healing practices with creative expression, promoting holistic well-being, personal transformation, and radiant vitality.
