July Canning & Preserving Class

Learn to preserve the freshness of your summer garden for the rest of the year! Participants will learn about the canning process and get to take home what they make. We will be making lemon curd and pressure canning vegetables.
Please remember to bring a small box or thermos bag to transport your jars.
