Breath, Core, Floor Yoga with Sara Rausch, DC, CYT, DNSP, DNSET, FASA
Come move with intention on Saturday, July 5th, at 12 PM for Breath, Core, Floor Yoga! This is a 75 minute workshop that blends traditional yoga postures with functional breathwork, core, and pelvic floor rehab.
We’ll slow things down (on purpose!) to explore how your breath connects to your strength and stability, because your core isn’t just about abs, and your pelvic floor deserves more than a passing thought.
You’ll learn how to activate and coordinate these deeper systems in a way that supports your whole body, whether you’re on your mat or moving through life. Expect longer-held poses, mindful movement, and a healthy dose of body nerd vibes as we dive into yoga with a FUN-ctional twist.
No matter if you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop is your invitation to connect with your breath, feel stronger through your core, and engage with your pelvic floor in a way that actually makes sense.

Dr. Sara Rausch is a chiropractor, yoga teacher, and movement nerd who’s passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and pain-free in their bodies. With a specialty in core and pelvic floor rehab, Sara blends science-backed strategies with approachable movement to help you connect the dots between how you breathe, move, and feel.
She teaches real-world strength and stability with a heavy dose of curiosity and fun—because movement should feel good and make sense. Whether she’s teaching a lift at the gym or guiding you through yoga on the mat, Sara’s goal is the same: empower you with tools that translate beyond the class and into your daily life.
