About the event

June New Moon Movement & Meditation
Each new moon offers a moment to pause and plant intentions for the months ahead. Please consider yourself invited to join us at Sanctuary for a New Moon Movement & Meditation class one week from today.

Sarah Stevens will lead with gentle movement to help ground the body into the moment. Then we’ll turn inward: writing prompts, time to reflect, and a sound bath by Erica Franzen to support emotional and physical release. We’ll close with Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice known as “yogic sleep.”

This space is here for you. Pay what you can. All are welcome, no matter your experience.
