Missoula Resists Resilience Training

Andrew Laue, LCSW will facilitate a resilience training for Missoula Resists members based on his STAR-T (Secondary Trauma and Resiliency) skills training. This session is relevant for everyone, regardless of what trainings you have had before.

Specifically, we will work on skills that will teach resistance workers how to manage their nervous system as they sustain action in the middle of these dilemmas that are threatening personal and collaborative safety.

The training integrates trauma theory, attachment theory, neurobiology, and embodiment work as it applies to the secondary trauma we are exposed to through work in traumatic work environments. Andrew creates safety in any experiential process and encourages participants to track the impact of these training strategies on their whole system.
