BrewFit Social Padraigs Brewing

A gratifying workout for all ages and fitness levels with our inclusive sweat community! A fun social experience where you get to reward yourself with a delicious beverage or two after getting your workout on!

Please bring a yoga mat, clean workout shoes, water and a ready for anything attitude! This will be a body weight workout for all levels of fitness. We may use bands or weights on occasion. Don't forget a cash tip for our servers! If you plan to hang out with the group after this event, it is social hour and many of the regulars bring a snack to share while we enjoy our beverage. It is not requirement, just an option.
