Sauna 101: Intro to Sauna

Join this free class for learning the basics of the sauna! If you’re sauna-curious, and want to understand this wellness activity as it grows in popularity, please sign-up!

Key Learning Outcomes:

- why sauna + what to bring
- considerations in the heat
- use of steam & aroma
- balance of time, temperature, humidity
- basics of cooling down
- health benefits
- frequently asked questions

Class runs 65 minutes. The first 20 minutes will take place fully clothed. Partaking in sauna bathing is NOT required, but encouraged! If you plan to sauna: bring your sandals, 2 towels & a swimsuit
