About the event

Restorative Yoga in Silks

Aerial Restorative Yin is a passive yoga practice where we will hold asanas in a low silk hammock for 3-5 minutes to allowing our muscles to deeply relax. We will learn the art of surrendering to tension to soften the body and mind.
Please bring your own water bottle, small blanket and pillow.
