About this Retreat:

This 1-Day Wellness Retreat is focused on you. First, you will open your body, breathe deeply, and unwind during a unique vocal toning session that will include Chakra Clearing, Breathwork, and a Crystal Bowl Sound Healing session with Satyam Patel. In this heart opening experience we come together in community using the pure healing vibration of our voices to create harmony within ourselves and with each other. No singing experience is needed. Just bring your breath, your presence, and an open heart. Through simple, guided vocal sounds and group resonance, you'll experience how your voice can release stress, restore balance, and connect you to your inner wisdom. Then, we will break for a catered lunch from Tokyo Joes and a social hour with fellow retreat participants. Next, you will receive psychic readings and messages with Certified Psychic Medium, Michelle Clare. Michelle uses her gifts to heal, encourage, and inspire others. She provides guidance and insight for your unanswered questions, so you can move forward in life with clarity and confidence. It can be hard to process loss, grief, or even life. If you want to understand our connection to each other, our loved ones, our pets, or if you have questions about your life, Michelle can provide some clarity, answers, and a deeper understanding and awareness to who you are and the everlasting and eternal connection we have. Followed by setting your intentions and allowing yourself to relax, rest, reset, and receive with a wonderful relaxing sound bath and energy healing with Denise Knutson and George Monoson. The retreat ends with a social hour to connect with other attendees and the retreat leaders. You will leave with new insights, an enhanced sense of well-being, and new connections from a like-minded community.

Retreat Schedule:

10am – 10:30am: Retreat Check-in

10:30am - 12pm: Chakra Toning, Breathwork, Vocal Alchemist Crystal Bowl Soundhealing

12pm - 1pm: Catered Lunch: Tokyo Joes - Build your own teriyaki chicken bowl bar & Social Time

1pm - 3pm: Group Psychic Readings and Messages

3pm - 3:30pm: Bathroom break & time to get ready for the Soundbath

3:30pm - 5pm: Soundbath Experience and Energy Healing

5pm - 6pm: Closing Social

Our retreat is intended to help you connect deeper with yourself and others. All retreat leaders are passionate in their callings and heart-centric in approach. We invite you to join our welcoming and supportive community.

What to bring:

For this retreat - bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, and a water. Plan to dress comfortably.

Starting event time is prompt. So please arrive 10 -15 minutes prior to get settled in.

About George Monoson:

George S. Monoson has a Master of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Consciousness Studies from John F. Kennedy University. He has Certification in Sound Therapy from 9ways Academia, which entailed 125 hours of sound therapy training. He has completed Gong camp and the Art of the Zildjin (Gong Master Training) for a total of 215 hours of sound therapy certification at the same institution. Since his youth he has been interested in the unfolding of his inner life which entailed many different disciplines.

About Denise Knutson:

Years ago, I experienced a very serious car accident which caused many unresolved and serious medical issues of all kinds for over 10 years. I was on dozens of medications and I was seeing many different specialists from around the Valley. Through a profound experience while meditating, I had a miraculous recovery of my physical body and through this self healing I was awakened to my path as an energy healer.
I now help and assist individuals on their healing journey, doing private healing sessions in-person and remotely and I facilitate unique wellness retreats and events with a variety of different healing experiences and modalities.

I'm new to vocal/chakra toning and breathwork. Will this class be too advanced for me?

No, This class is for every “body”. This class is for all ages and all body types. You will be working together as a group. This experience is fun, unique, relaxing, and it is followed by going into a nice relaxed meditative altered state at the end. This experience with Satyam is unlike anything you've ever experienced before.

What should I expect during the group psychic reading?

What happens during a sound bath and energy healing session?
