AZPM x Stone Studios 2

This studio was so amazing we had to bring yall back for another round of fun! Join the AZPM community as we take over Stone Studios for this content creation event!

This event is available to models, cosplayers, photographers, videographers, and content creators of all skill levels.

During this event we will have full access of the studio's sets, makeup counter, and the lobby. Come ready to create content with your peers at this event. This event is indended to provide space for creatives to come togther to network and create content in the form of photos, videos, etc. Please be sure to exchange social media/contact info as needed to share the content made with eachother. Our AZPM team will be on site to help make any connections as needed throughout your experience. We are so excited to be back in this space with all of you to make some awesome content!

Please note that there are cameras in the lobby area, and the lobby is considered a public space there is absolutely 0 lingerie or nudity allowed in the lobby area AT ALL the studio has a very strict rule about this. Lingerie/nudity is allowed in the enclosed sets (sets are the rooms with doors) ONLY. Anyone who violates this rule will be responsible for the fees as outlined below in the Stone Studio rules. These are the studio's rules, and we must adhere to them in order to use their space, we appreciate your compliance. If you plan to shoot boudior, please plan to bring a robe to wear when in the lobby area as needed.

Sets available for this event:

• Nuetral Space - The Neutral Space - This is the largest room, which contains the iconic CIRCLE window. This room features a warm color scheme with rich, dark tones.
• Forgotten Garden - This room is currently an overgrown floral garden space. This room features a full size bed with a pine bed frame fully covered in florals on the headboard and footboard. A lot of greens decorate the space.
  The room also has our famous book wall, accompanied by florals and vines.
• Playboy Space - This space will feature a wall of vintage playboy magazines, handing records, and pops of black, white, and reds. Think classy, and sultry.
• SECRET COLORFUL SET (No, its not barbie) - This set will be colorful!

- Your time slot STARTS at the time you booked and ENDS at the time slot end time. You must be completely cleaned up, all furniture back in its place and ready to exit right at your end time.

We do have multiple cameras located in the lobby space and will know who goes over their time. If you go past your allotted time frame, you will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file per five minutes of over time. Anyone over the time allotment of their time slot they paid for will be responsible for this fee.

- No open flames, body glitter, confetti or smoke bombs. No marijuana usage in the space whatsoever. If these items are used, you will be charged a $100 fee.

- Should any item/piece of furniture in the room get damaged during your rental, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of said item.

- No pets allowed in the studio space at any time. Should we discover you have brought a pet into the space, you will be charged a $100 pet fee. (Please DM Stone Studios or AZPM directly on instagram prior to bringing ANY animal into the space for approval to avoid the additional fee)

- No steamer or iron usage in the studio.

- Should the room be left a mess, and it is not back to its original state, you will be charged a $75 cleaning fee.

- Items are not to be dragged across the floor in any of the rooms. Please use a team lift to move permitted movable items.

Items that SHOULD NEVER BE MOVED: The bed in the collective space (if this gets moved and flowers are damaged, you will be charged a $100 fee).

NEVER move the fireplace mantle in the Neutral Space. The standing mirror in the neutral space is mounted to the wall, and should never be attempted to be moved.

DO NOT EVER move the crib in the Lullaby Studio.

During the holidays, do not remove any holiday decor without previous permission.

- Always be sure the front door clicks locked behind you when entering the space. This is for the safety of you and your clients.

- If you enter a space and it is left messy, something is broken or damaged, please let us know immediately at the studio phone number.

- Should the standing mirror break in the Neutral Space during your time, you will be charged a $400 fee.

The lobby is a public area. Do not DISPLAY client lingerie anywhere in the lobby, allow your client to walk around undressed in the lobby or undress in the bathroom and walk out.

ANYONE IN THE LOBBY IN LINGERIE OR UNDRESSED, WILL BE CHARGED A $200 INDECENCY FEE BY STONE STUDIOS.

Lingerie and nudity is permitted in the enclosed rooms (set areas with closing doors) ONLY. If you need to change sets in lingerie/nude please plan to bring a robe to wear between outfits.

All bookings are NON REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No refunds on unused slot time.

Stone Studios reserves the right to cancel a booking at any given time, at their discretion. In the rare event this happens, you will be given a full refund.

We are not responsible for any stolen items from your cars, please be sure to lock your vehicle and remove any valuable items from your car.

We are not liable for any personal injuries or illnesses that occur during your time at Stone Studios. Please ensure you have business insurance for yourself to protect you and your clients.

Do not remove any items from the studio. In the event this occurs, and you do not make us aware, you will be charged a $100 theft fee.

HAIR AND MAKEUP BAR AGREEMENT:

Please clean up the hair and makeup area after your allotted time slot.

Do not drag the bar stools across the floor.

Adhering to these rules keeps the studio clean and as comfortable as possible for all renters and clients.

ALCOHOL IS ABSOLUTELY NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.
