This transformational breathwork session offers a sanctuary for the soul—a return to the peace that surpasses all understanding. Blending trauma-informed somatic practices with spiritual truths drawn from Scripture and the energetic intelligence of the body, this experience helps you release fear, regulate your nervous system, and rest in the gentle, powerful presence of God.
We’ll explore what it means to be a living vessel—allowing the Holy Spirit to dwell within us, calm our inner storms, and bring divine order where chaos once reigned. Drawing inspiration from the Trinity—God the Father (safety), Jesus the Son (gratitude and surrender), and the Holy Spirit (comfort and discernment)—you’ll be guided into a space of deeper trust and embodied faith.
Practices:
Grounding breathwork techniques rooted in nervous system science and spiritual surrender, calming racing thoughts and opening the heart to God’s peace
Somatic movement and stillness to bring the body into alignment with the Spirit—activating safety through the root chakra and receptivity through the crown
Scripture reflections and affirmations on peace, identity, worthiness, and the call to rest in divine timing
Guided prayer and Holy Spirit invitation to release control and allow God to move through your life as a vessel for His healing and Kingdom work
Chakra-aligned breathwork to integrate biblical themes with the body’s sacred design—supporting presence, discernment, compassion, and voice
Journaling prompts to explore spiritual anxiety, surrender, and divine wisdom in your current season.

This session is for anyone seeking refuge from anxiety, fear, perfectionism, or overwhelm. It is a space of welcome for those deep in faith, just beginning to explore it, or simply curious about the intersection of breath, body, and the Divine. You don’t need to know what you believe—just come open, come weary, come exactly as you are.
This session led by Morgan Hallenbeck, certified Somatic Breathwork facilitator. It's time you discover the healing power that's already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
