The deposit will be fully refunded after the event, provided that the team:
- Arrives on time for their scheduled matches
- Abides by the tournament rules, including good sportsmanship and respect for host and players
- Does not cause damage to the park
- Cleans up their team’s area before leaving. A photo of the space must be taken and submitted to Jenny as proof that you cleaned your area. No photo, no proof. If there is trash found in your area, I will have to take your security deposit unfortunately.
This policy ensures a smooth and respectful tournament experience for all participants. Any failure to follow the rules will result in forfeiting your deposit, and trash left behind equals an automatic deposit forfeit.
**No team hopping allowed and the team will be DQ from the tournament - NO WARNINGS**
**Trash bags will be provided for teams to pick up after themselves - If you need more, I will have them**

GAMEPLAY RULES:
HMONG RULES
**2 NON-ASIAN ALLOWED**
- No middle line crossing
- SERVING: NO WARNING on foot fault, automatic side out for other team
- 4 players minimum should be on the court to play
- No setting on first serve receive contact
- Tournament rotation - everyone must rotate (stacking not required)
- Anything above forearms is DEAD BALL (shoulders, chest, head, etc)
- Cannot use any other body parts such as feet
- Round Robin
- PLAYOFFS: SINGLE ELIM (TOP 3 FOR MENS + WOMENS)
Game schedule:
7:30 AM (LAST CHANCE TO CHANGE ROSTER)
7:45 AM (Captains meeting)
7:50 AM (Warm Up)
8:00 AM (GAMES START - STRICT ON TIME)
- 5 MIN SHARED WARM-UP
- IMPORTANT: If team is not present within 10 minutes of previous game ending, they will forfeit match
- Losers ref
- For the very FIRST game of the day, the team that has a BYE will ref
- If losers play the next game, the team that has the BYE for that round will ref

- 2 sets to 15
- Cap at 17
- Sweep = 2 points
- Split = 1 point
- Loss = 0 points
Playoffs -
- Single elimination
- Best out of 3 to 15
- Cap at 17
- Third set to 15
- Switch at 8
