As the full moon’s energy lingers and July’s peak softness settles in, this session invites you into a sacred space of self-honesty and returning to your truth—through your body, your breath, and your becoming. This is not about fixing yourself—it’s about feeling enough to finally listen. It’s about recognizing what you’ve outgrown and remembering what’s always been true: you are worthy of more. Of rest. Of tenderness. Of the life your nervous system doesn’t have to brace for. You’ll be guided through an intentional journey that illuminates uncomfortable truths—old stories, witnessing survival patterns, and emotional habits that once protected us, but now quietly limit our joy...of shedding what no longer aligns and making space for the life you actually desire. It's time to clear space for deeper joy.

Combined with the lush energy of late summer, this is a potent time to gently loosen control, acknowledge grief or resistance, and transmute it into wisdom and joy. Nature never clings to what’s no longer nourishing—and neither should you. This full moon season asks you to release the pressure to “hold it all together” and instead stand firmly in your truth. When you slow down and listen, you begin to hear the voice beneath fear: the one that knows what you want and believes you’re worthy of it. When we allow ourselves to feel, we also allow ourselves to thrive.
Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It's time you discover the healing power that's already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
