Feeling low energy by the time Wednesday hits? Come and give yourself the space to rest and reset to not just survive the rest of the week but to thrive and succeed through the rest of the week!
Join Kirston Ann in this Midweek Meditation where you will be guided inward to discover what you can do to regain some of that "lost" energy!

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket as well as a small cup for Tea! You are welcome to bring a journal and pen for writing insights if you'd like to as well!
