Ballroom Dance Fitness

This ballroom dance fitness series, led by classically trained ballroom competitor Belicia Tang, draws from the dances you know and love from Dancing with the Stars—cha-cha, samba, rumba, jive, waltz, tango, salsa, and more! Designed to be partner-free, this class blends fitness elements with ballroom dance figures, set to a lively mix of modern pop hits and timeless classics. Open to all bodies and abilities, this is a welcoming space to move, groove, and experience the joy of dance.
