The Opening Ceremony will be dedicated to celebrating culture and diversity of the Black LGBTIA+ community, particularly in the Mid-South. The theme for the evening is "The Xperience Act II "Reimagine, Rejoice, Respect."

TriState Pride is a four-day event that focuses on the Black LGBTQ human & civil rights issues, medical disparities, economic reform, educational opportunities, and political issues.

The Cathedral Foundation a 501c3 nonprofit organization which has been recognized as the "Official Host" of Black Pride events in Memphis, TN. This recognition was granted through The Center for Black Equality, the governing body for all organizations who host Black Pride events in the U.S.
