Parent & Child Meditation Session

Join me for a lovely Parent & Child Session where:

- We'll discover what meditation is (& do a chocolate meditation)

- We'll learn some breathwork & progressive muscle relaxation
techniques to calm the mind and body

- Experience a guided meditation & visualisation designed for both children and adults to enjoy

- Enjoy the healing vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments

- A chance for the children to try out the singing bowls

- Time for a drink and chat at the end

Location: Litlington Congregational Church
