About the event

Summer Solstice - Meditation in the Meadow
A 45 minute guided meditation and mini sound bath in nature to honour the ancient mystery of Friday 13th.

Mats & blankets are provided but depending on weather do dress warmly and bring a pillow and extra blankets, cushions and anything else you feel you need to stay cosy. In the case of inclement weather, the session will be cancelled and you will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
