Come hang with us this Sunday at 9:00 AM! We’re meeting up behind Just Love Coffee in Matawan and heading out for some fun miles on the Henry Hudson Trail.

No pressure, no pace rules — run, walk, jog, whatever feels good. Just a fun way to move, meet cool people, enjoy the outside, and start the weekend right.
