Join us on Thursday, June 12th to recharge and restore for the Strawberry Full Moon. This event includes a 60 min all levels yoga class led by Jocelyn Wiggins w/ sound bath led by Lindsay Schmidt. Located at Native's Cove in Mary Esther, FL. ♡
** Bring your own mat or towel. Location is outside and by the water so bugspray and sunglasses recommended **
Students are welcome to bring any items such as crystals, tapestries etc. to lay out if feeling called to. :)
