Lavender Lane Yoga

Lavender, known for its calming properties and its versatility as a medicinal supplement, herb and aesthetics, is the perfect complement to a yoga practice.

Join Lona for this unique experience as we offer ourselves a gentle yoga practice in the fields of a local lavender farm. After our 45 minute session, grab a pair of cutting shears and gather your own lavender bouquet to take home.

Our host is local veteran and teacher owned farm, Lavender Lane, that produces food grade lavender that is just as useful as it is beautiful.

$25 per session includes yoga and lavender bouquet.
