In this gentle, breath-centred Yin practice, we honour the sacred wisdom of the exhale—the body's natural invitation to let go, to soften, and to return home to stillness.

As part of our Metal Element series (connected to the lungs and large intestine meridians), this class explores the beauty of surrender through breath, using rare and deeply therapeutic poses to open the chest, shoulders, upper back, side body, and arms—where grief, tension, and holding often reside.

💫 What to Expect:

• Slow, supportive Yin Yoga using rarely practiced shapes for the front body and arms
• Guided meditation and intentional breathwork
• A nurturing space to soften into yourself
• Props and chairs available to support all bodies

🌬️ Breathwork:Wave-Like Exhale – a breath practice where the inhale rises softly and the exhale flows long and slow like a wave rolling out to sea.

🗓️ These Metal Element classes run weekly until 7th November, when we move into our Water Element winter series: deeper rest, stillness, and inner reflection.
