This soft and soulful class is an invitation to unravel the layers, loosen the grip of old stories, and remember your inherent worth—the kind that exists without needing to be earned, fixed, or proven.

Inspired by the teachings of Alan Watts' Stop Trying to Fix Yourself, we’ll explore the space between doing and being, between effort and ease.

* A slow, supported sequence targeting the chest, arms, and side body (Metal Element meridians)�

* Breath-led movement and stillness to drop deeper into presence�

* A guided meditation to soften self-judgment and honour your wholeness�
