Jupiter into Cancer: All the Care & Wisdom our Hearts Know is Possible
-
It’s the saving grace of the year. Jupiter is entering its exaltation, the sign of the crab. It’s some good news in an era of too much faulty, challenging news.
It’s game time for real wisdom to guide our care. It’s not canceling or worrying or helicopter parenting or funky caretaking, but expanding the reach of our compassion & safety into untold terrain and new cultural landscapes. Problem-solving, good intentions and even moral reckoning are not the depths & sanctuary of a graceful, attuned, actual giving-a-shit. That takes a form of courage, patience and diligence that does not put the ego’s fragility and indignation before the depths of our true love and protection.
It’s time to notice the small acts of generosity, weave together the small victories, recognize our real wealth & abundance, and really hold the threads of gratitude close. Our belonging is our great ally and guru. These are not easy times, not the zeitgeist of staying glued to notions of ease, gratification and getting what we want. The gravitas is real and must be wrestled with, but not through pretentiousness or arrogance or false hopes and expansions. We do it sage-like, taming the fantastical, and with a wisdom for the discomfort and clean pain. It’s time we move forward like spiritual grown-ups.
Let our care and open heartedness be a lightsource that melts the ice of the trauma machine. This solstice we store the immensity and vitality of Jupiter in Cancer deep in our watery little hearts. It’s time to fill the aquifer and honor the wellspring of consciousness we're going to need for these upcoming times. It’s time we attune to the rhythm and pulse from the heart of the Great Mother.
Come out for a Solstice picnic to celebrate our inner light & the power of Jupiter entering Cancer. With clear skies we will shift into astronomy, celestial navigation and constellation lessons after dusk.
