Summer Solstice Mandala Ceremony and Equine Assisted Learning Mini Retreat Day

A mandala is a symbol of the universe in its ideal form and its creation signifies the transformation of a universe of suffering into one of joy. 

We will begin with a nourishing yoga practice leading into the mandala ceremony. Each participant will bring something to add to the mandala that represents a part of themselves that they would like to bring into the light. 

In ceremony we will come together to create a beautiful perfectly imperfect mandala that celebrates the sun and the radiant light and life that it sparks within us.

This will lead us into spending time with the horses Jack and Luke. We will individually connect with one of the horses to help get us out of our head and more into our heart. This will assist us to deepen our intuition becoming more self-aware and re-connect with ourselves at a higher level.

We will end with an immersive sound healing journey layering soundscapes instruments and vocals to allow space to digest and integrate the day’s events. 

This will be a beautiful opportunity to make space for joy; to connect heal and celebrate the light!
