Grounded In Grace Flow

This class embodies the gentle rhythms of yoga, rooted in faith.

This slow-flow class invites you to explore yoga as a spiritual practice and a form of prayer.
Guided by faith-based music, each movement becomes an act of worship, deepening your connection with God and yourself.
Set personal intentions that align with your spiritual journey, and allow the flow of grace to nourish your body, mind, heart, and soul.
Together, we create a sacred space for reflection, prayer, and embodied faith.

This is a 60 minute Yoga Class.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
