Fit in the Park - Move Your Body

Join us for a Move Your Body session as part of our Fit in the Park series — designed to get you moving using just your own body weight. It’s fun, energizing and perfect for all fitness levels. Meet us Thursday, July 10, 5-6 p.m., at Red Arrow Park.

Fit in the Park is a collaborative effort between Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital, Healthiest Manitowoc County and the Manitowoc Parks and Recreation Division.
