Join us for a New Moon Yoga & Sound Bath featuring the 30 in Paiste Symphonic Gong. This unique class starts with a centering opening mantra followed by a unique set of postures designed to help you center and ground. Move into a deep relaxation while you allow the vibrations of the Gong to wash over you. End the class with a guided meditation and a special closing to help seal in the beautiful energy of the class.
