New Moon Yoga & Tea Ceremony: A two-hour Journey of Stillness, Ritual and Renewal

Under the quiet gaze of the new moon, we gather in ceremony—to pause, to listen, and to begin again.
We open our evening with moon-inspired yoga flow at Flow Yoga—fluid and deeply nurturing. As the breath guides the body, we make space for release and intention. Yoga will conclude with the soothing tones of a sound bath, where vibrations wash over you like moonlight on water—clearing, calming, and aligning.

From this place of inner stillness, we move in walking mediation to a sacred tea ceremony at The Hive Honey Beetique. A slow, heart-centered ritual to ground the body and awaken the spirit, inviting presence, and a soft unfolding from within. Come as you are. No experience needed—only an open heart and a willingness to be with what is.
