Using the support of props, bolsters, and blankets, we’ll explore longer-held, fully supported postures that invite quiet healing and spacious awareness.
Restorative Yoga is ideal for anyone seeking to replenish energy, calm anxiety, or simply take a mindful pause from the demands of daily life. Gentle hands-on adjustments and optional aromatherapy will accompany your journey inward.
