Yoga Vinyasa Flow

Join Jo Beth Kavanaugh for Vinyasa Yoga! Jo Beth is a 500 hour trained RYT with experience teaching group as well as private instruction. This class is an intermediate level, giving options for beginners as well as for more advanced yoga students. A typical class consists of breathing exercises or meditation, a warm up and stretching, different flow sequences, and then a wind down before the end of class. Walk-ins are welcome. Classes are $15 per person and payable with cash or Venmo at each class.
