Belly Dancing & Beyond with Kimberly Hart

This class offers an introductory belly dancing experience. I will teach the do's and don'ts of belly dance posture, basic footwork patterns, and drills that strengthen key muscles while embracing playful, feminine energy.

Class focus, as always, is looking and feeling our best through the beauty of movement in a Positive Body Speak Zone and exclusive personalized atmosphere. Lots of fun!
