Yin Yoga Class

Give yourself permission to slow down. This deeply nourishing practice invites you to settle into floor-based postures held for 3–5 minutes, gently targeting the fascia and connective tissues. Through stillness and breath, Yin Yoga helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space—physically and energetically—for rest and renewal.

Pre-registration required at least 2 hours before class.
