Community summer safety event

Lupa Zoo will host a community summer safety event on June 21, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. This important initiative aims to promote safety for the upcoming summer season.
Engage with representatives from the Ludlow Police Department, the Ludlow Fire Department, the Hampden County Sheriff's Office, and the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife to help make your summer activities safer. The event will be informative and enjoyable, featuring child car seat inspections and valuable information on biking, hiking, and boating safety. All activities will be conducted in a fun and engaging environment.
The event will take place at the new pavilion, which symbolizes our commitment to the community and will be officially dedicated at noon. We invite everyone to join us for this significant moment and participate in a day focused on ensuring a safe and adventurous summer.
No zoo admission is required to attend this event; however, regular admission is necessary to enter the zoo. Get ready for a day filled with learning and enjoyment!
