2025 NCO ALZ Golf Outing

Join us for the 2nd annual NCO ALZ Golf Outing benefiting the 2025 North Central Ohio Walk to End Alzheimer's.

Held again at Forest Hills Golf Course, team check in and the Bottle Bonanza game will open at 8:30a. Shot-gun start is at 9:30a.

$400 Team Registration Includes:
- Cart & Greens Fees

- One Beverage Ticket per Golfer

Hole sponsorship is $100 or $50 if you are also registering a team to participate in the outing. 100% of the hole sponsorship and outing proceeds goes to the Alzheimer's Association to support the North Central Ohio Walk to End Alzheimer's and all donations are tax exempt to the full extent allowed by law.
