We’ll begin our day with an opening circle where we will ground into the earth, set intentions, and connect through breath. You’ll learn how food interacts with the body on a cellular level—how it supports detoxification, boosts energy, and helps the body repair and regenerate.
Then we’ll enjoy a food demonstration followed by a vibrant, healing lunch using seasonal, whole-food ingredients known to support the body’s natural detox pathways. The recipes we will share are as delicious as they are nourishing. We’ll also share a “dessert” demo—a refreshing frozen fruit bowl with beautiful toppings that feels like a treat but fuels like medicine.
In a closing circle, we will integrate the experience and share reflections on how to bring this deeper connection to food and self into daily life.
