Body Temple Dance

Join Erin Alexander to celebrate the holy sanctuary of the human body with this three-part Body Temple Dance* series this Fall sponsored by Santosha Yoga Collective and led by Erin as a guest teacher!

DANCE WORKSHOP DATES:
Friday September 5
Friday October 10
Saturday November 1 (with returning guest live DJ DTO music!)

$30 for each (single workshop drop in rate) or $80 full series package when purchased by September 5th.

These trauma-healing, free-form movement practices (rooted in the tantric yoga tradition lineage and founded by Adriana Rizzolo) will support you in letting go of unprocessed emotional energy while reconnecting you to your natural state of joy, inner peace, and direct Divine connection.

(And, as an added bonus, enjoy LIVE music with special guest DJ DTO from Embody Costa Rica Saturday, Nov. 1st from 6:30-8:30pm!)
