Mala Making & Meditation Workshop

Tara will guide you in creating you own Mala bead necklace for meditation. We will gather in the Wellness Room with jewelry making tools and supplies, snacks, and visit with our community, then head over to the main studio for a meditation practice together.

Learn all about the history and symbolism of Mala, how to properly use, wear, cleanse, and store them, and have a custom creation all your own to take home!

Tara will provide most of the supplies. All you need to provide for yourself are the 8mm beads. We will have spacer beads, guru bead, and tassels for you. We will send information to you with specifics of the beads after registration.
