Summer New Moon Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra

Join Michelle for a deeply relaxing guided meditation and crystal bowl sound bath event.

Yoga Nidra aims to guide the body into a sleep-like brainwave state while your consciousness remains aware of your surroundings. This in-depth session includes restorative yoga postures, yoga nidra guided meditation, and sound bath.

Please dress comfortably and bring your mat
Optional: bring your own blanket + pillow
