Yin for Autumn

Join guest teacher James Kapicka for this seasonal class as part of our Yoga Teacher Training weekend.

This class is open to the public with $25 drop in, or use your class packs and memberships.

James is a visiting master teacher and Yin Yoga trainer, ERYT500 and Thai Massage certified.
