Sacred Transitions
A devotional passage through the liminal space between seasons
#A FREE GATHERING OF HEARTS
As we stand in the liminal space between winter and spring, we are invited to slow down, listen closely, and honour the quiet stirrings of new life, both within and around us. This workshop is a gentle, sacred space to pause and reflect before the next season arrives. Together, we will explore what it means to companion ourselves through change with tenderness, to honour our capacity in times of transition, and to walk with grace into the next cycle of becoming.
Through guided movement, mantra, meditation, and reflection, we’ll honour the darkness that has held us and the light that now returns.
Let us gather in a space of ritual, reflection, and deep listening.
With Jazmine and Rachel
About Jazmine
Jazmine, also known as Chandra, is a Wiradjuri woman, yoga and meditation teacher, and mystic devoted to sacred living. Rooted in reverence for the body, Earth, and the unseen threads that connect all life, she weaves mantra, meditation, Tantric philosophy, and ritual into grounded, heart-led, transformational practice.
Her offerings invite deep connection with self, ancestors, and the sacred in all things. Guided by living yogic and Tantric wisdom, she holds space with gentleness and grace, supporting students to return to the body as vessel, the heart as temple, and life as teacher. She sees herself as a pollinator of people, fostering community, remembrance, and awakening—work for those seeking depth, ritual, and a practice that moves beyond the mat into daily life.
About Rachel
Rachel is a guide within the Vedic traditions of Yoga, Āyurveda, mantra, and meditation. For over two decades, she has held space for those crossing life’s thresholds, moments when the familiar falls away and the soul is called to listen more deeply.
Her work is grounded in a living connection to ancient wisdom lineages, where practice is not just something done on the mat, but a way of inhabiting the world. Through mantra, meditation, and embodied ritual, she invites students to return to the body as a sacred vessel, the heart as a place of refuge, and life itself as the teacher. Rachel’s offerings are for those seeking depth and the steady companionship of practice in meeting the mystery within.
