Welcome Spring - Wholefood cooking experience

As the seasons shift, so too does the body’s rhythm. This hands-on workshop is designed to support a gentle transition into spring with food that’s aligned, balancing, and full of life. You’ll learn how to use spices, seasonal ingredients, and simple techniques to create meals that energize and ground you.

The experience includes:

A welcome drink and light morning tea

A guided cooking session using wholefoods and spring-aligned recipes

Seasonal living and the role of spices in digestion and balance

A printed handout with recipes and tips to take home

A gifted spring spice masala blend to use in your own kitchen

Time to set the table, share a meal, and enjoy a long, slow lunch in community
