Happy Hour Yoga with Kat Farrants from Movement for Modern Life
Time to get active with our friend Kat Farrants from Movement for Modern Life who will be discussing the importance of health and the impact yoga has mentally and emotionally as well as physically.
The MFML team have created a special yoga programme to do just at the point where you may have opened a bottle at the end of the day. It is a great distraction to get you over that initial discomfort and begin to challenge your habit! You can read more here.
This free workshop is on the first day of Club Soda’s Mindful Drinking Festival on Saturday 12th January 2019. The workshop will run from 2 to 2.45pm.
Although the workshop is free, please book your tickets and register in advance as there is limited space.
**note this is a talk about the Happy Hour Yoga programme and how it can support you and not a yoga session**
